RETURNS POLICY

We accept the return of full price Khrma items purchased for an Exchange or Credit Gift Card. We do not accept returns on our vintage items.

1. Items must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice) with a valid proof of purchase.  

2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.

3. Strictly no refunds on items unless faulty.
